1. The Service
Vyrello is a content scheduling and publishing tool that lets you connect third-party social platforms (such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram) and schedule media uploads from a single calendar. The features available to you may depend on the plan you select.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Vyrello. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@vyrello.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Connected Platform Accounts
To publish on your behalf, Vyrello requires you to connect one or more third-party platforms via OAuth. By connecting a platform, you authorize Vyrello to:
- Access your account on that platform within the scopes you grant during the OAuth consent flow
- Read profile and channel metadata necessary to display your connected account inside Vyrello
- Upload, publish, edit, or delete content on that platform at your direction and according to your scheduled posts
You remain bound by the terms of service of each connected platform. Vyrello is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or any other platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload through Vyrello complies with the rules of the destination platform (including, for example, the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).
4. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Vyrello. By uploading content, you grant Vyrello a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and otherwise use that content solely as necessary to operate the Service and carry out your publishing instructions.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that publication of the content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vyrello to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party (including intellectual property and privacy rights)
- Publish content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited by a destination platform
- Send spam or engage in inauthentic behavior, including coordinated inauthentic posting or artificial amplification
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code of the Service except as permitted by applicable law
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or the connected platforms
- Use the Service in a way that exceeds the rate limits or quotas of a connected platform’s API
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Plans, Trials, and Billing
Vyrello offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the plan you select. Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not retroactive.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service relies on, and may link to, third-party services and websites (including the connected platforms). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when feasible. You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates undue risk to Vyrello or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Vyrello does not guarantee that scheduled posts will publish successfully on every connected platform — third-party platforms may change their APIs, reject content, or suspend accounts for reasons outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyrello and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Vyrello in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vyrello harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (i) your use of the Service, (ii) content you upload or publish via the Service, or (iii) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vyrello is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the Service before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
